Getting divorced is not an easy thing to do especially when you have young kids involved. My soon to be ex-husband and I have three kids together. They are seven years old, five years old, and one year old. By my husband and I getting a divorce we have to agree to have split custody. Our divorce attorney told us that as long as we can agree before we go to court it should be pretty simple to finish everything else off.
